Therefore we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:

Accountant

An accountant is a professional who manages financial records, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides insights on financial performance. They prepare financial statements, and help organizations make informed decisions based on financial data.

The accountant employee does his tasks fully committed to correctness and integrity.

Task and duties:

Accounting

·         Prepare sale invoices - (Vehicles, Rent, Services, etc)

·         Book sale invoices daily

·         Book cash payments from customers

·         Prepare Invoices issued by the buyer for internal purchase from individual (used cars)

·         Book Warranty Credit Notes monthly and quarterly

Administration

·         Protocol incoming invoices daily, assure approval and hang over to finance department

·         Assure accuracy of Customer Master Data

·         Follow up debtor and contact debtors over - due

·         Update Internal Register for Money Laundry Prevention Report

·         Responsible for physical inventory of Vehicles & Spare Parts

·         General administration of finance office

Reporting

·         Update debtor's report weekly

·         Physical count of service Petty Cash and reconciliation with accounting monthly

·         Reconciliation of Warranties monthly

·         Physical count of car's stock and reconciliation with Logistics monthly

·         Money Laundry Prevention Reports according to Law Provision

·         Vehicles stock reconciliation on monthly basis

Professional Requirements:

·         University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or similar fields.

·         Up to 2 years practical experience in accounting, good understanding of standard accounting principles.

·         Maintenance of high level of communication with customers and colleagues.

·         Personal achievement drive, attention to details, being organized and proactive.

·         Good communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation

·         Good knowledge of MS Office

·         Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German language is a plus.
