Therefore, we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:
Cashier
An accountant is a professional who manages financial records, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides insights on financial performance. They prepare financial statements, and help organizations make informed decisions based on financial data.
The cashier does his tasks fully committed to correctness and integrity.
Task and duties:
• Manage cash movements:
-receive cash payments for service sales invoices,
-realize the tax procedures for the cash payment invoices and prepare the monthly evidence for them,
-prepare administrative/internal cash transactions,
-control the cash amount kept in the safe.
• Register cash transactions in the system in a timely manner.
• Check sales invoices and prepare them after printing.
• Assist on master data maintenance in Cross.
• Assist on debt collection procedures:
-control the creation of new debt.
-contact debtors overdue; Administration
• Assistance during accounting & administrative duties within finance & service departments, as required.
• Support the month/year end closing process.
Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor in finance, Accounting or related fields
• Maintenance of high level of communication with customers and colleagues.
• Personal achievement drive, attention to details, being organized and proactive.
• Good communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German language is a plus.
